Primitive Hand Tools can be created from the most basic of raw materials. These Tools are used to assist in the performance of various Skills. More advanced Tools will require progress along the technology tree and most likely one or more Refinements.
Distinguished from Hand Tools, which can often double as weapons, these are Tools made specifically as weapons and have few, if any, other purposes. Included in this category are large weapons made by whole Communities, such as battering rams or catapults.
For game purposes, Vehicles of any type are considered a class of Tool. These are distinguished between three types, Ground, Water and Air (which has not yet been implemented).
